A large-scale repair is once in 12 to 15 years, entailing overall building repairs that include the wall exteriors, rooftop waterproofing, and the painting of fixtures and parts made of iron.

Such residences for seniors are barrier-free and ensure safety, while offering lifestyle consultation services. They are not paid nursing homes; they are general rental accommodations. Residents can choose other services as needed, including meal and visiting care services.
